Update: According to superherohype.com, Kat Dennings is set to play Darcy, who works with Natalie Portman's character, Jane Foster.
Original Story: Natalie Portman has been talking about why she joined the cast of Thor, which was because it seemed weird to her. Well while discussing the film, Portman says that Kat Dennings (Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist) would also be a part of the film.
"Well I'm really excited, Kat Dennings is going to be in it with me and she's a good friend and an amazing actress, so I'm looking forward to that."
Thor stars Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Natalie Portman, Anthony Hopkins, Jaimie Alexander, Colm Feore, Samuel L. Jackson, Stellan Skarsgard, Stuart Townsend, Ray Stevenson, Tadanobu Asano and Idris Elba. The film is set to be released on May 20th, 2011.
